My Story

My name is Mayank and I’m not a fitness influencer or a professional athlete—I’m a dad to a young toddler in my late 30s with a 9-5 job that often stretches into extended hours. For a long time, I was just like everyone else, searching for a way to stay in shape without sacrificing my career or my family time.
7 Years of Trial and Error
My journey started seven years ago. Like many of you, I jumped into the deep end with a lot of trial and error. I tried the crash diets, the "hardcore" workout programs that demanded two hours a day, and the quick fixes that promised the world but delivered nothing but burnout. I would see progress, then fall off the wagon because the plans were simply not sustainable for a busy life.
The Philosophy: Efficiency Over Everything
After years of navigating the noise, I finally found a lifestyle approach that sticks. I stopped trying to live for the gym and started making the gym work for my life. My method is built on two simple pillars:
-
The 3-Hour Rule: You don’t need 6 days a week to build an aesthetic physique. I’ve refined a training split that requires just 3 focused hours per week—specifically designed for the busy professional or parent who needs to get in, get results, and get out.
-
Attainable Nutrition: Forget "chicken and broccoli" marathons. I teach smart nutrition strategies (like my macro friendly recipes) that allow you to eat real, delicious food while hitting your goals. It’s about being effective, not restrictive.
Why I’m Sharing This?
I created The Aesthetic You because I wanted to share this blueprint. I know what it’s like to feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to prioritize your health. My goal is to help as many people as possible bypass the years of frustration I went through and get straight to a plan that truly works long-term.
It’s time to stop the guesswork and start building a physique that fits your life.
