Aesthetic Physique Made Easy
Building an aesthetic physique shouldn't be a full-time job. I believe fitness shouldn’t be extreme to be effective. You don't need to live in the gym or survive on bland chicken and broccoli. All you need is 2-3 focused hours per week, smart nutritional strategies, and a sustainable plan that actually fits into your 9-5 schedule and family life.

The Aesthetic You Programs
My Approach : Efficiency Over Everything
The 3-Hour Rule:
You don’t need 6 days a week to build an aesthetic physique. I’ve refined a training split that requires just 3 focused hours per week—specifically designed for the busy professional or parent who needs to get in, get results, and get out.
Attainable Nutrition:
Forget "chicken and broccoli" marathons. I teach smart nutrition strategies (like my Paneer & Quinoa Tikka Scramble and Chicken & Mushroom Tacos) that allow you to eat real, delicious food while hitting your goals. It’s about being effective, not restrictive.

Signing up for Mayank's program is one of the best things I have done for my overall wellness. I appreciated how Mayank took time to understand my food and workout habits before suggesting anything. He prepared a meal and exercise plan that felt very personalized! Mayank explained nutrition in a very simple and practical way that led to immediate changes in my diet, for example, now when I am hungry for a snack, I am reaching out for low fat organic Greek yogurt with pumpkin seeds!! The workouts are easy to follow but still challenging enough to keep me progressing towards my goals. this is one of the few programs where I actually look forward to the weekly check-ins. Talking through progress with Mayank keeps me motivated and accountable, and I can genuinely see the difference it’s making.

I recently joined the website and got the fitness and nutrition plan, and I’m really happy with it so far. The guidance is very detailed and easy to follow, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. There are so many recipe options included, so healthy eating doesn’t feel boring at all. The workout plan is also quite detailed, with links to each movement, which is especially helpful for someone like me who is a beginner and not always sure about the right moves or posture. It feels more like a long-term lifestyle change than a short-term diet.

Mayank is a close personal friend who has always been in great shape and worked in IT, so when he launched this venture, I was naturally interested. We eat similarly, and I’ve always appreciated how he finds the right balance between traditional foods and smart nutrition — which made his approach a perfect fit for me.
Life gets busy, and staying consistent with food and exercise can feel exhausting, but having a supportive coach who evaluates, adapts, and introduces thoughtful trends keeps me honest and motivated. I genuinely appreciate his work and would recommend his service to anyone looking to make a sustainable, supportive change.
